Lights and Shadow

These lights are on a retaining wall, where the Rideau River spills out into the Ottawa River. The result is a wonderful picturesque waterfall, and these lights (along with others) provide for a colorful night time display.

A bit of an abstract/still life.
I like how the shadows give a 3d dimension to the shape of the lights.
I also like the obvious juxtaposition of light and shadow to complete the subject.
The complementing textures of stone and iron.
The yellow and blue is also nice.
No poetry this time. No deep thoughts. Just an image that drew me in.
